An office and laboratory building with 16 floors - of which 7 floors are a parking lot and 9 floors are on land,
planning:
• SIMPLEX fire detection and emergency announcement systems
• Early detection systems using the VESDA system
• Smoke control system according to UUKL standards

In addition, planning a leakage control system - PERMALAERT.

The project is in advanced stages of construction.
